While Finchatton endeavours to ensure that the Website is normally available 24 hours a day, Finchatton shall not be liable if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Access to the Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond Finchatton’s control.

The property details contained on the Website have been prepared in good faith but no representation or warranty is made as to their accuracy or completeness. They are not intended to constitute part of an offer or contract. No description or information given about any properties or their value, whether written or verbal and whether or not on the Website (“Information”), may be relied upon as a statement or representation of fact and is given entirely without responsibility on the part of Finchatton and its agents. All of the photographs, stills and computer generated images shown are indicative only and cannot be guaranteed to represent the complete interior of any property. Any areas, measurements or distances given are approximate only. Do not scale from any of the drawings. Any reference to alterations to, or use of any part of a property is not a statement that any necesssary planning, building regulations or other consent has been obtained. These matters must be verified by any intending buyer/lessee. Any intending buyer/lessee must satisfy himself by inspection or otherwise as to the correctness of any Information given.

The properties depicted on the Website are built in a variety of designs that have been illustrated by artists’ impressions, computer-generated images (CGIs) and photographs. Artists’ impressions and CGIs are drawn from an imaginary viewpoint within an open space area and are only intended to give a general impression of the design. The photographs are of existing buildings and/or samples from manufacturers’ literature, and are intended to show typical buildings. Neither the artists’ impressions, nor the CGIs nor the photographs give an accurate description of a property, its settings or surroundings.

Floor plans

The dimensions or areas shown on internal layout plans are approximate. This is because each property is built individually and the precise internal measurements may not always be the same.

In order to find out more about a particular property it is recommended that you speak to one of our appointed Sales Agents. The appointed Sales Agent will be happy to discuss the current specifications, details of external and internal finishes and prices.
